2. Return Window
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange any unwanted or unsuitable goods. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the goods must be:
- In original condition: Unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- In original packaging: With all tags and labels attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase: Your order confirmation or receipt.
3. Exceptions to Return Policy
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Hygiene products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used personal care products.
- Customised goods: Goods that have been personalised or made to your specifications.
- Perishable goods: Food, beverages, and other perishable items.
- Software and digital products: Once downloaded or opened, these products cannot be returned.
4. How to Return or Exchange Goods
To return or exchange goods, please follow these steps:

- We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the goods.

5. Processing Returns and Exchanges
